On the recommendation of the Faculty Board of Modern and Medieval Languages the General Board have agreed to permit Miss C. McNair, of New Hall, to submit a dissertation under Paper Du. 1 in Part II of the Modern and Medieval Languages Tripos in 2000, notwithstanding the provision of Regulation 26(a) for the Tripos. Miss McNair has completed her work on her dissertation although Paper Du. 1 is not in Schedule II as is required by the Regulation. The General Board have received a plea of incuria from her Tutor.
