A meeting of the Friends will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 9 February, in the Morison Room, University Library, when Geoff Hales will present A Victorian evening: gems of nineteenth-century literature. Tea will be served from 4.30 p.m. There will be an entry charge, payable at the door (£2.50 for Friends, £3.50 for others).
