The Vice-Chancellor gives notice that he has, in accordance with Statute D, III, 7, appointed the following persons to deputize for him in conferring degrees on the days of General Admission.

The Vice-Chancellor reminds members of the University that, in accordance with Regulation 3 for Academical Dress (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 184), the three days of General Admission are scarlet days and Doctors in the several Faculties are asked to wear their festal gowns in public. In accordance with Regulation 4 for Academical Dress, members of the University (other than those holding certain offices, and those presenting for, or being presented for, degrees) may on this occasion wear the academical dress appropriate to the degrees they may hold from other universities or degree-awarding institutions.
