Balliol College

JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP IN ENGLISH, HISTORY, OR CLASSICS

The College proposes to elect a Junior Research Fellow in English, History, or Classics for three years, from 1 October 2000. The Fellow elected will be a Junior Research Fellow of the College, as defined in the College Statutes. He or she will be required to undertake research in English, History, or Classics. The stipend will be £13,669 in the first year, with superannuation, free meals, and rooms (or, in the case of a married Fellow, a housing allowance).

Application forms and further particulars may be obtained from the College Secretary, Balliol College, Oxford, OX1 3BJ. Applications should be received not later than Friday, 10 December 1999.
