Graces to be submitted to the Regent House at a Congregation on 16 October 1999

The Council have sanctioned the submission of the following Graces to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 16 October 1999:

That the following person be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts by incorporation:

1. RUTH ELIZABETH HART BROWN, Museum Assistant in Research in the Fitzwilliam Museum, Master of Arts of the University of Oxford (1999).

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B, III, 6:

2. MICHAEL BIENIAS, Fellow of Wolfson College, Deputy Director in the Estate Management and Building Service.

3. THOMAS JAMES WALSTON, of Downing College, General Manager in the University Centre (University Catering Adviser).

4. CHARLES MARK PHIPPEN, of Trinity Hall, Head of the University Counselling Service.

5. MALCOLM JAMES CLEMENTS, Advisory Officer, Grade I, in the Estate Management and Building Service.

6. DERRY JOHN PILGRIM, Advisory Officer, Grade I, in the Estate Management and Building Service.

7. GRAHAM JENNINGS, Advisory Officer, Grade II, in the Estate Management and Building Service.

8. MARK EDWARD LEWIS, University Lecturer in the Faculty of Oriental Studies.

9. REES HEWSON, Computer Officer, Grade IV, in the University Offices.

10. MICHAEL SMITHSON, of Queens' College, University Development Director in the University Development Office.
