Chancellor's Medals for Proficiency in Classical Learning. The first Chancellor's Medal for Proficiency in Classical Learning, 1999, has been awarded to A. N. Roberts, B.A., PEM. The second medal has been awarded to E. J. Power, B.A., CL.

An Honorary Scholarship has been awarded to F. Foley, Cork, for 1999-2000.
