Appointments and reappointments

The following appointments and reappointments have been made:

Appointments

University Assistant Lecturer

Social Anthropology. Mr D. A. Sneath, Ph.D., CHU, appointed from 1 October 1999 for three years.

Senior Assistant Registraries

University Offices (General Board Division). Miss M. P. Chalk, M.A., NH, B.A., London, appointed from 1 October 1999 to the retiring age, initially as Secretary of the School of Arts and Humanities. Mrs P. M. Stevens, M.A., SE, B.A., York, appointed from 1 October 1999 to the retiring age.

Administrative Officer

University Offices (Finance Division). Mrs M. J. Gillings, M.A., appointed Administrative Officer, Grade I, from 1 October 1999 to the retiring age.

Computer Officers

University Offices (Management Information Services Division). Mr O. S. Kemp, M.A., appointed Computer Officer, Grade I, from 1 October 1999 for five years. Mr R. S. Andrews appointed Computer Officer, Grade II, from 1 October 1999 for five years.

Reappointments

University Lecturers

Experimental Psychology. Dr M. Eimer reappointed from 1 April 2000 to the retiring age.

Physiology. Dr C. J. Schwiening, CHU, reappointed from 1 August 1999 to the retiring age.

Advisory Officer

Estate Management and Building Service. Mr M. J. Clements reappointed Advisory Officer, Grade I, from 1 June 1999 to the retiring age.

Senior Technical Officer

Pathology. Mr J. L. Owen reappointed from 1 August 1999 for five years.

Computer Officer

School of Arts and Humanities. Dr D. R. de Lacey, JN, reappointed Computer Officer, Grade II, from 1 May 1999 for five years.
