The College is seeking to appoint, not later than January 2000, a Development Director to build on an existing highly successful Development Campaign. The basic salary will lie in the range £38,000 to £40,000. The possibility of a performance-related bonus would be open for discussion. The position may, at a later date, be associated with a Fellowship.
