SITE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The University is embarking on a major development of its West Cambridge Site, in order to provide improved facilities which will maintain its leading international position in teaching and research. The Site Manager will support the achievement of this ambitious project, by acting as client on behalf of the stakeholders to ensure the overall co-ordination of the project, including the provision of site infrastructure and shared and commercial facilities. Candidates should have experience of major construction projects at a senior level, including good interpersonal skills and the ability to operate within a large, diverse team. The appointment is offered initially for three years, at a salary of up to £35,000 a year, depending on qualifications and experience.
