St Peter's College intends to appoint a Development Director in succession to Mr R. B. Marson, who is retiring. This is a senior appointment in a College community at the centre of an international university, and would suit someone from a variety of career backgrounds which might include education, business, or charities. Previous experience of fund-raising is desirable. Salary is negotiable in the range of £30,000 to £37,000 a year. Pension and other benefits are included.
