Corpus Christi College

MASTER

Sir Tony Wrigley is due to vacate the office of Master on 30 September 2000, and the Governing Body wishes to elect his successor as soon as is convenient to all parties. A confidential list of names of men and women is being assembled for consideration; suggestions for inclusion in the list will be gratefully received. Persons with suggestions to contribute are invited to communicate in writing with the Senior Fellow (Dr M. K. Tanner, Corpus Christi College Cambridge, CB2 1RH), who will supply information concerning the Mastership on request.

COMPUTER OFFICER

The College seeks a full-time Computer Officer to be appointed on the University COIII or COIV scale, depending on experience. The Computer Officer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and up-grade of all of the College's machines, which include PCs and Macs, and Novel and Linux servers. The Computer Officer will also be responsible for maintenance and up-grade of the College's networks, for allocation and control of IP addresses, and for administration of policy and security. He or she will assist with development of administrative IT, including selection of software packages, decisions regarding staff training, and general policy decisions. Knowledge of MS-Access would be useful.
