CAMBRIDGE COMPOSERS, 1976-99

6 February, 8 p.m. Sing, Ariel, Goehr, with works by Cambridge students.
13 February, 8 p.m. Cambridge University Musical Society: orchestral concert, including Goehr's Metamorphosis/Dance, Wood's Scenes from Comus, and Shostakovitch's Cello concerto No. 1.
20 February, 7.30 p.m. Chamber concert (instrumental award holders): chamber music spanning three generations of Cambridge composers (at Kettle's Yard).
24 February, 7.30 p.m Endellion String Quartet: works by Haydn, Beethoven, Milstein, and Adès.
27 February, 6.30 p.m. Organ recital by Robert Quinney: works by Holloway, Wood, Pott, and Thurlow (in King's College Chapel).
6 March, 8 p.m. Cambridge University Musical Society: choral and orchestral concert: works by Haydn, Verdi, Holloway, and Benjamin.
13 March, 7.30 p.m. The death of Moses, Goehr (in Trinity College Chapel).
