St Edmund's College

POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP

Applications are invited for up to two postdoctoral non-stipendiary Research Fellowships tenable from 1 October 1999 for two years initially, with the possibility of renewal for a further year. Applicants should be of postdoctoral level or expect to attain it by 1 October 1999, should have adequate financial support from a grant or contract for research, and should normally be resident and conducting their research in Cambridge. The successful candidate will enjoy normal Fellow's commons and may be able to live in College in married or single accommodation, which will be rent free. Further particulars may be obtained from the Master's Secretary.

Applications should include a current curriculum vitae, a research proposal, not normally exceeding 1,000 words, and the names of two referees, whom the candidate should ask to write directly to the Master, St Edmund's College, Cambridge, CB3 0BN. The closing date for receipt of applications and references is 8 February 1999. It is hoped to interview in early March.
