The Faculty Board of Education give notice that the following subjects are specified for Sections IV and V of Part II of the Education Tripos (New Regulations) in 1999:
Paper 2 Psychology of education
Paper 3 Philosophy of education
Paper 4 Schools, policy, and practice: special topics
Paper 5 Special topics in the modern history of education
Paper 6 Four subjects are specified for this paper:
Children and literature
Research perspectives on mathematics and science learning
Teaching and learning about the social and physical world
The arts and education
The Faculty Board are satisfied that no candidate's preparation for the examination in 1999 is adversely affected by this late announcement.
