Roll of the Regent House: Notice

Voting papers have now been dispatched for the election of members of the University Council. Following the introduction this year of a computerized system for maintaining the Roll of the Regent House (see Reporter, p. 6), the addresses used for the distribution of voting papers and other circulars to members of the Regent House are the addresses recorded in the University's personnel records. Anyone whose voting papers have been incorrectly addressed, or sent to an address which is not the best address, is asked to inform the Registrary in writing as soon as possible.

In order to keep postage costs to a minimum, members of the Regent House are asked to use University or College addresses for this purpose if at all possible, rather than private addresses.
