The Queen's College

HOME BURSARSHIP

The College intends to appoint a Home Bursar to take office from 1 July 1999. The Home Bursar will be responsible for the general management of the internal affairs of the College other than research and teaching activities (including maintenance of College buildings and control of the domestic budget). He or she will also be responsible for all negotiations concerning conferences held in the College and for their organization. The appointment will be for a period of five years in the first instance. The post will be full-time and pensionable. It will carry full High Table dining rights and the holder will be eligible after a probationary period for election to a Fellowship and to membership of the Governing Body. Salary will be in the region of £40,000 together with certain allowances.
