Graces to be submitted to the Regent House at a Congregation on 17 October 1998

The Council have sanctioned the submission of the following Graces to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 17 October 1998:

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by incorporation:

1. ANDREW WILLIAM MICHAEL REYNOLDS, Fellow of Selwyn College, Doctor of Philosophy of the University of Oxford (1996).

2. KATHARINE JULIA DELL, Fellow of St Catharine's College, University Lecturer in the Faculty of Divinity, Doctor of Philosophy of the University of Oxford (1989).

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts by incorporation:

3. HILARY MARGARET COOTE, of Gonville and Caius College, Secretary of the Department of Physics, Master of Arts of the University of Oxford (1976).

4. HUESTON EDWARD FINLAY, Fellow of Magdalene College, Master of Arts of Trinity College Dublin (1992).

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B, III, 6:

5. ROBERT STEWART CANT, Fellow of Selwyn College, University Lecturer in the Department of Engineering.

6. PETER RICHARD HUNT, Senior Technical Officer at the MRC Cambridge Centre for Brain Repair.

7. ANNY NINA KING, Fellow of Churchill College, Deputy Director of the Language Centre.

8. CLIVE JULIAN CHRISTIE PHILLIPS, University Lecturer in the Department of Clinical Veterinary Medicine.

9. LEE ANTHONY BOLLOM, Fellow of Queens' College.

10. HOLGER BABINSKY, Fellow of Magdalene College, University Lecturer in the Department of Engineering.

11. JEREMY MICHAEL RAWSON, Fellow of Magdalene College, University Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry.

12. MADELEINE MARY ARNOT, Fellow of Jesus College, University Lecturer in the Department of Education.
