AWARDS BY OUTSIDE BODIES

The BMW Scientific Award, 1999

The BMW Scientific Award is an international award for outstanding achievements by university graduates. Prizes are awarded for the three best studies submitted in two categories: Ph.D. theses and graduate/M.A. studies. The first prize in each category is 20,000 Euros.

The theme for the BMW Scientific Award, 1999, is Innovations for a mobile future. Entries from areas such as Law, Social Sciences, and Economic Science, are just as welcome as contributions from the fields of Medicine, Natural Sciences, and Engineering.
