STIPENDIARY LECTURERSHIP IN APPLIED MATHEMATICS

Lincoln College invites applications from graduates in Applied Mathematics, who have finished or are in the later stages of their doctorates, for a one year fixed term Stipendiary Lecturership in Applied Mathematics from 1 October 1998 to 30 September 1999. The broad subject area preferred is Applied Analysis and the lecturer will be required to teach an average of six hours a week during term over the academic year in a wide range of courses in Applied Mathematics. There is no age limit for the applications. The salary offered is £7,408 a year. Common room rights, hospitality credit of £159 a year, and a book allowance of £291 a year are offered.
