COMPUTER ASSOCIATE (FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME)

Applications are invited for the post of Computer Associate, Grade III/IV (full-time or part-time), to take up appointment in the Judge Institute as soon as possible. The person appointed will work with, and report to, the Computer Officer to provide support for academic and administrative staff and students at a critical and exciting time in the Institute's development. The successful candidate will have good communications skills, with the ability to relate to a very diverse group of users and to work as a member of a team. Candidates should have experience with Novell networks and Microsoft Office software, and familiarity with UNIX systems and Internet applications would be desirable. The appointment will be for one year in the first instance, with the possibility of renewal for a further period or periods. The scale of stipends for a full-time holder of the post (currently under review) is as follows:

Grade III:	£17,606 a year rising by six annual increments to £22,785.
Grade IV:	£15,159 a year rising by three annual increments to £17,606.
