TEMPORARY TEACHING APPOINTMENT
Applications are invited for a temporary post in the Faculty of History in the field of Eastern European and/or Russian history of the nineteenth and the first half of the twentieth century. The appointment will be from 1 October 1998 for a fixed term of two years, within the salary range of £16,045 to £21,016 a year. No application forms are issued. Applications should include a curriculum vitae, the names of three referees, and a full list of all important publications and major pieces of unpublished work. Candidates should ask their referees to send their reports direct to the Secretary of the Appointments Committee to reach her by 12 June 1998. Interviews will take place in late June to early July.
