LECTOR IN MODERN HEBREW

Applications are invited for the post of Lector in Modern Hebrew. The primary responsibility of the Lector will be to teach Modern Hebrew language to graduate students at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Applicants should be fully qualified in the spoken and written language, and should have experience in teaching Modern Hebrew at university level. The Lector will be expected to reside in or near Oxford. All teaching which the Lector undertakes is conducted at Yarnton Manor near Oxford. The appointment is full-time from 1 October 1998 for one academical year (nine months) at a salary of £14,275.
