TEMPORARY TWO-YEAR LECTURESHIP IN RENAISSANCE LITERATURE

Applications are invited for a two-year post in Renaissance Literature. The post will be available from 1 October 1998 until 30 September 2000 due to the appointment of Mr John Kerrigan to a two-year British Academy Research Readership. Applicants should have strong research interests in English Literature of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. An interest in Contemporary Poetry may also be an advantage. This is a fixed-term unestablished lectureship. The maximum point on the salary scale is £16,927 a year.
