TEMPORARY CATALOGUER: MATERNITY LEAVE COVER
Applications are invited for a temporary post of cataloguer to work on pre-1979 Indic script items in the University Library as part of an externally funded project. Reading knowledge of Hindi and Sanskrit, and experience of AACR2 and UKMarc format are essential, but applicants with reading knowledge of other Indian languages will be considered. Salary, according to age and qualifications, will be on the Research Associate scale of £15,159 to £21,106 a year. The appointment is until 10 August 1998.
