Corpus Christi and Brasenose Colleges, Oxford

TUTORIAL FELLOWSHIP AND LECTURERSHIP IN PHILOSOPHY

The Colleges propose to make the above appointment with effect from 1 October 1998. The person appointed will be an Official Fellow and Tutor in Philosophy of Corpus Christi and a Lecturer in Philosophy of Brasenose. The post will be held in conjunction with a University Lecturership (C.U.F.) in Philosophy. The Colleges hope to appoint a person with teaching competence in any central area or areas of philosophy. Ability to teach Ancient Philosophy is not required. The University has special needs in Political Philosophy, Moral Philosophy, and the History of Modern Philosophy in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries (excluding Kant).
