Rotary Foundation for International Understanding

For 1998-1999 scholarships are available in principle as follows: (a) A single academic year, not renewable and study to be undertaken in another country other than in which you reside and not studied before; (b) Multi-Year Scholarships offer a set sum for two/three academic years; (c) Cultural Ambassadorial Scholarships offer intensive language training and cultural immersion for either three or six months. Applicants must be sponsored by a local Rotary Club. Further enquiries: RIBI, Kinwarton Road, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6BP. Closing date: 15 July for scholarships beginning September of the following year, though this date varies in some districts.
