Student Administration and Records

Welcome to the Student Administration and Records Section

Our team manages the University’s centralised student information. We register and maintain records of the University’s student population, as well as coordinating the matriculation of all students.

Our staff also deal with many aspects of the administration of degree ceremonies, working closely with colleagues in the Colleges, the Alumni Office, the Photography and Illustration Service and the University’s ceremonial team to ensure that these events run smoothly.

The Planning and Statistics Section, Board of Graduate Studies, Careers Service and the Cambridge Admissions Office also hold specific information relating to staff and student statistics, so please check our websites before making detailed enquiries.
