Cities of the Future

A one-day seminar held at the University of Cambridge on 13 December 2005.

Summary

The day was chaired by Professor Frank Kelly, (Department of Mathematics and Chief Scientific Advisor to the Department of Transport), and explored issues of urban design, architecture, transport modelling, energy use and construction and examined both the current problems and pressures on London and the potential solutions and opportunities.

Dinner was held in the beautiful surroundings of St John's College.
