Intellectual Property Rights
The University of Cambridge's policy on Intellectual Property Rights ensures that University intellectual property generated by externally funded research is used for the benefit of wider society,
and that University inventors are rewarded appropriately.
The Research Operations Office and Cambridge Enterprise have produced a Guidance Note about the Intellectual Property Policy in practice including how it works and who to approach.
There is also a section outlining responsibilities of Principal Investigators, Research Staff, Heads of Departments, the Research Operations Office and Cambridge Enterprise.
