Introduction to iProcurement
Everyone in the University needs to buy products and services in order to do their jobs effectively. We all need to be able to choose value for money products easily and simply. iProcurement is designed to help you to do this.
What is iProcurement?
iProcurement, or iProc for short, is an internet style way of ordering goods and services from any supplier. It was first implemented accross the University in 2010 and is accessed via the Cambridge University Finance System (CUFS).
It is linked to an electronic marketplace that contains electronic catalogues from a number of suppliers
What are the benefits of iProcurement?
iProcurement will help Departments and Schools achieve better value for money as:
