Senior leaders' succession programme
The purpose of this programme is to develop senior leadership capacity within the University to ensure we have individuals who are best placed to take on senior roles in the future. This programme is aimed at those who are aspiring to a senior leadership role within the University and who hold (or have held) a Head of Institution role or equivalent. This individualised programme runs over a period of approximately 9 months and includes an initial diagnostic phase, a series of coaching sessions, participation in peer learning sets and an Impact Day to conclude the programme.
Participants need to be committed to their own development (including being open to receiving feedback and to working with a coach) and willing to contribute to the evaluation of the programme in terms of value to them.
