Training and Development
The University offers many opportunities across a broad spectrum to support your personal and professional development. We work with University institutions to provide open and targeted programmes of development activities that complement activities taking place in departments and faculties and those provided by other internal and external providers.
The personal and professional development activities you undertake whilst working at Cambridge will be based around the needs identified by you and your line manager during your induction, probation and ongoing staff review process.
