Who's who
Personal and Professional Development aims to contribute training and development for staff and graduate students in support of the University's mission and strategic objectives. We work together to strengthen our service, with two specialist groups:
Academic Practice: supporting development of academic and research staff and of graduate students in ways that are grounded in Cambridge's academic cultures while also drawing on effective practice in other HEIs in the UK and overseas.
Learning and Development: supporting staff with their personal and professional development; helping staff to develop skills, lead and manage others, maximise opportunities for progression and fulfil their potential, and in doing so, support the aspirations of the University.
The work of these two groups is supported by the Administration team through the provision of a range of services including course administration, event management and general administrative support.
