Workshop technicians
The Career Pathways project undertook its first pilot with two staff groups, mechanical technicians and faculty and departmental library staff. The feedback from the pilot was very positive and constructive. As a result of this, we have refined the documentation so that it supports the Career Pathways process more coherently. The documentation can be used by anyone going through the process for the first time or for individuals who participated on the pilot and are going through the process again.
We recommend that go through the Career Pathways process each year, either as part of your Staff Review and Development (Appraisal) or as a stand-alone developmental activity.
