Timetable
Awarding Authorities are asked to note the timetable below which will enable successful awards to be implemented in March 2012.
| 10 October 2011 | HR distributes scheme details and lists of eligible staff |

| Date to be confirmed by relevant Awarding Authority | Institutions submit cases for consideration to the Awarding Authorities |
| By 17 February 2012 | Awarding Authorities agree outcomes and inform Heads of Institutions. Awarding Authorities also complete the Summary of applicant outcomes proforma and send to the Remuneration and Employee Relations Manager. |
| By 9 March 2012 | Heads of Institutions write to staff with the outcome of their application |
| March 2012 | HR implement awards for the March payroll |
