Timetable

Awarding Authorities are asked to note the timetable below which will enable successful awards to be implemented in March 2012.

10 October 2011 HR distributes scheme details and lists of eligible staff
Date to be confirmed by relevant Awarding Authority Institutions submit cases for consideration to the Awarding Authorities
By 17 February 2012 Awarding Authorities agree outcomes and inform Heads of Institutions. Awarding Authorities also complete the Summary of applicant outcomes proforma and send to the Remuneration and Employee Relations Manager.
By 9 March 2012 Heads of Institutions write to staff with the outcome of their application
March 2012 HR implement awards for the March payroll
