LGB&T Leadership Café

Inter Denomination Service

Monday 17th October 7.00–8.00 at Saint Edward King & Martyr Church, Peas Hill, CB2 3PP.

A meeting bringing denominations together to celebrate love and faith.

There will be Tea, Coffee and Cakes following the service allowing time for Networking.

Art and Lives: Studies in the History and Representation of Sexualities

We are delighted to announce that the sixth biennial Queer People conference will take place from 4 to 7 July 2012 at Christ's College, Cambridge.

There's a quiet revolution in the air: freeing the ‘B’ in LGBT

Thursday 27 October 2011, 17:30–19:30 at The University Centre, Granta Place, Cambridge.

Marcus Morgan, bisexual activist and Guardian columnist explains how the myths surrounding bisexuality keep bisexuals invisible from even themselves.

This is also an opportunity for LGB&T staff and students to find out about local support services and groups in Cambridge. All Welcome.

Regular Socials!

Come along to the Network's informal monthly social events, these are an opportunity for members, partners and friends to meet socially. 5.30pm, on the last Wednesday of every month, usually at All Bar One, Regent Street.

The Network and the University

Working with the E&D team, the Network also provides formal representation and support at talks, lectures and workshops during the academical year. It is also a partner in the annual LGB&T History Month programme for Cambridgeshire, which includes the Annual LGB&T Lecture, which was given in 2010 by the author and journalist Paul Burston.

Come and hear about the experiences of LGB&T staff and students in the University. Learn how the outcomes from the Stonewall led focus group, may affect you, 12–2pm at the Pitt Building.
