Springboard® is an award-winning Women's Personal Development Programme, which encourages the personal and professional development of undergraduate women in the University (there is a separate programme for women staff and graduate students). At Cambridge, Springboard is run jointly by the University and its Colleges.
The Springboard Programme is free to undergraduates and consists of four workshops led by qualified Springboard trainers, talks by inspirational women, and a workbook packed with practical tips and exercises to help you identify and then achieve your personal goals.
