Welcome to the Information for University Staff homepage. Here you will find guidance and supporting information for staff involved with graduate students at the University.

Information for Degree Committees and Departments: Degree committees play an important role in the administration of graduate studies at the University. This section provides information and guidance on the roles of degree committees, in addition to an archive of forms and resources for supervisors and examiners.

Information for Supervisors: Information designed to assist supervisors with any queries they may have about expectations of supervisors and their roles within graduate study. Further guidance is provided on common issues or questions that supervisors may ask including how to advise their students, in addition to other sources of support in the University.

Information for Colleges: Colleges play an important role in the graduate community, and offer a range of services to both students and their supervisors. This section includes information on the roles of colleges and Graduate Tutors in the context of graduate studies.

Staff Members Studying at the University: As a staff member of the University, you may also be able to undertake study in parallel with your employment. This section provides guidance on the circumstances under which study may be granted, and also provides information the impact on university fees.

EDM for Graduate Admissions: From the 1st September 2011, the graduate admissions process will be paper free. Using the new EDM (electronic document management) system, all application materials can be viewed in CamSIS.
