This area houses the various communications resources available to staff across the University. The menu provided on the right-hand side contains links to the following:
- Identity guidelines:
A PDF document that describes the correct house style for unified University communications and should be adhered to wherever possible.
- Standard identifiers:
All current versions of the University identifier are available to download in a variety of formats for web and print use. A Raven log-in is required to access this area.
- Templates:
In this area are generic stationery templates for documents such as agendas and letterheads. There are department specific stationery templates by A-Z and a wide range of templates for desktop publishing, powerpoint, business cards and more.
- Photo library:
The central photo library is housed on Flickr. In this area are step by step instructions for becoming a Flickr ‘family’ member and using the image library.
- Editorial house style:
A PDF document outlining the main points of the written house style.
- Email signature house style:
Guidelines for email signatures in the house style.
- ‘Cambridge &’ publications:
A suite of downloadable publications offer a brief overview of a variety of University areas and activities.

A bi-monthly magazine for staff produced to help them feel connected with the University.

Practical advice for Colleges in dealing with the media and related issues.
The Trademark and Licensing Programme oversees the registration of the University of Cambridge Trademarks and guards against their unauthorised use on a worldwide basis.
