Booking Form

To book places for your school/college at one of the forthcoming Oxford & Cambridge Student Conferences, please complete the form below. Bookings must be made by a member of staff. If you are a student, please speak to your Head of Sixth Form/Higher Education Adviser for more information.

Places must be booked using this online form, which will generate your ticket to the Conference. If you do not have a ticket, and we have no record of your booking, you will be refused entry to the Conference.

Please note that you will need to provide the name, date of birth, and main subject of interest of each student so please have this information ready before you start. You will also need your school/college UCAS code.

Serious consideration should also be given to the number of tickets you request as overbooking affects the number of schools/colleges able to attend. The number of places may be restricted in the future for those schools/colleges who bring significantly fewer students than places booked. Places at the Conference are limited to 35 Year 12 (or equivalent) students and four teachers per school/college.

After submitting the form, you should receive an email with a PDF attachment confirming your booking. This serves as your ticket to the Conference and you will need to bring it with you to gain entry. If you experience difficulties in completing the online booking form, or do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of making your booking, please contact Rachel Leighton on 01223 768971 or conferences@cao.cam.ac.uk.

Please note: these Conferences are for students based in the UK only. Oxford and Cambridge Universities are not responsible for students attending the Conferences beyond our legal requirements as event organisers.
